Our Doctor

Dr. Kuo graduated from UC Davis with a B.S. in Biological Sciences and then attended the University of Houston College of Optometry where he received his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1986. His specialties include all type of contact lenses, and children's vision. Dr. Kuo also has extensive experience in disease diagnosis, treatment,and management. He is an affiliated TLC LASIK doctor. Dr. Kuo is past-president of the local society of the California Optometric Association. He has lived in the Santa Cruz area since 1969, and currently resides in Scotts Valley with his wife and 4 children. Dr. Kuo plays tennis, golf, enjoys cycling and other outdoor activities.
